Now You See Me 如梦初醒 (2024)
Loosely translated as Now You See Me, the original Chinese title means "as if waking up from a dream". This experimental film traces moments of awakening and heightened awareness as presence shifts and unfolds within the fleetingness of life. Inspired by journal entries 1–9 by Zed Xu 榛子瞬, the vision was created in Aotearoa New Zealand in collaboration with photographer Karen Ishiguro and cinematographer Jackson Doudney, with an original score by Jefferson Chen (Goodspace).
